Incident Settings – Location Settings

This settings page will let you define a list of locations, along with its latitude and longitude coordinates, to be shown within the Location field when creating a new record.

To create a new location, follow the steps below.

  • STEP 1: Navigate to Framework > Incident Settings > Location.

  • STEP 2: Click New button to add a new location.

  • STEP 3: Enter location details along with a description.

  • STEP 4: Click on the Save button to save details.

The locations entered here will appear in the location dropdown within the incident details page.

Note: The filters within the Incident Settings pages accessed via Mega Menu > Framework > Incident Settings > Location will be simplified to only have the ‘Contains’ search filter. This will allow you to easily filter the required details.
