Incident Settings – Getting Started Page Configuration
This settings page allows you to configure the Getting Started page that appears as the default home page for the Incident module. The sections below allow you to customise the description, font colour, background colour, background image as required.
Note: The filters within the Incident Settings pages accessed via Mega Menu > Framework > Incident Settings > Getting Started Page Configuration will be simplified to only have the ‘Contains’ search filter. This will allow you to easily filter the required details.
To view or make changes to the Main Body section of the Getting Started page:
STEP 1: Click on the Main Body Link to view and edit.
STEP 2: Make changes, if required.
STEP 3: From the buttons placed at the top right corner of the window, click on the Save button to save changes, and Return button to go back to the main object window.
To view or make changes to the Incident Type Group Button of the Getting Started page:
STEP 1: Click on the Incident Type Group Button Link to view and edit.
STEP 2: Make changes, if required.
STEP 3: From the buttons placed at the top right corner of the window, click on the Save button to save changes, and Return button to go back to the main object window.
Note: Customise the "Getting Started" page in Incident Type Group Configuration settings. Create distinct incident type groups, and each group will be displayed under Record options in Getting Started page along with buttons for creating records for each type within it.
